2. Empowering Maasai Women through Economic Initiative.

Empowering women is at the heart of MWACI vision for the Maasai community. We run several projects aimed at improving the economic prospects of Maasai women, including beadwork cooperatives and microfinance initiatives. Volunteers play a crucial role in these efforts.

Skill Development and Capacity building training, Volunteers can share their expertise in various fields, including business management,marketing, and business development capacity building training to help Maasai women develop sustainable income sources.

Beadwork Support, Most of the Masai women are skilled beadworkers. Volunteers can assist in marketing and selling their products, both locally and internationally, helping them achieve financial independence. Also the volunteer will support the capacity building training on business expansion and quality maintenance.

Microfinance VICOBA Project, By working with Nsretoi women's groups, volunteers can help set up and manage microfinance systems, allowing women to access funds for entrepreneurial ventures,volunteers can help in Accounting management and support in Monitoring and evaluation of the vicoba group.
